Hi, this is Joe Top Producing Listing Agent.  I work for ABC Real Estate Company, the top real estate listing company in your city or neighborhood.

I am calling with some important news.  I just sold Mr. and Mrs. Seller’s house down the street from your home at 456 South Main Street.
