My first job in real estate I worked for a real estate records office. I met many real estate agents and they would tell me they were listing agents, and I would ask them what to define seller’s agent. My second job I worked for real estate lender, my bosses worked with seller’s agents and I would ask them what is a seller’s agent? My third job I worked for a real estate attorney bankruptcy, the attorney would regularly hire listing agents to sell his clients real property. At the office, we would work in liaisons with real estate sellers agent. I then worked for a real estate investment company. He went on to say that real estate is the biggest profession in the world, real estate has a job for everyone, your education does matter, your background does not matter, and your income is only based on your personal belief that you could make in real estate. If you believe that you could earn over one million dollars in real estate as a real estate listing agent, you could. It does not matter if you are a shy person or an outgoing person. You could be a sellers brokers or commercial listing agent. It seemed like the real estate presenter was talking directly to me. I’m a shy person, I do not have any specialized sellers agent training and that I could make a nice big income to provide for my family – Those words changed my life and sold me on fully immersing myself into real estate sellers broker and being a seller’s real estate listing agent.
The real estate present then said some scary statistics real estate is very competitive 87 percent of guys and gals that desire real estate riches quiet real estate after five years. At the time I did not understand why the real estate presenter would say that statement. I already had many years of working in real estate and seen so many people make a lot of money in real estate. And the real estate riches myth is that anyone who gets into real estate is guaranteed a successful real estate. I could understand it now after thirty years in real estate. I have seen many newbies get into real estate, many veteran real estate agents that either they have not learned the golden nuggets of making money in real estate. They are listing broker vs selling broker.

Real Estate can be the highest paid easy work or the lowest paid hard. If you do things ten percent better, and you spend ten percent more, you will make ten percent more than your competition, and I am sorry to say that your competition is broke in their real estate enterprise.
They do not follow the real estate trends. They are unaware of the real estate market is booming, or if the real estate market is in a recession or depressed state. They do counterproductive activities in their real estate business.
They do not focus all of their efforts are being a listings agents, selling agent, representing motivated real estate sellers.
